Meet the Team

David C. Mollitor, Jr.

David was born in Lansing and raised in DeWitt, Michigan. After graduating from DeWitt High School in 1984, David attended college and received his Accounting / Financing degree from Central Michigan University. Dave did not have an easy path when it came to his college education for several reasons: funding and GPA. Due to his passion of sports, football and baseball, Dave was offered a small baseball scholarship which was the break he needed to get a college education.

However, the first major lesson in life David encountered was how to survive on his own in an awfully expensive endeavor; attending college away from home while playing a sport. Throughout these challenges, Dave grew up quickly and learned how important his decisions at the time would impact his life. Therefore, he said goodbye to baseball and his scholarship to focus solely on his academics which became his #1 priority.

This did not change the fact that David needed funding to pay for his college education. Midway through his second year of college he started his first business, so he could have more control of his own schedule while supporting himself. This was the beginning of an exceptionally long career of working for himself.

David has always had a strong mind for numbers, some would believe this is what lead to his success, but his real passion and drive has always been people and working with them to be successful. It’s always been clear that his goals were driven around leaving his companies in a better place and for him the only meaningful measurement would be their ability to survive without him.

Today, David is the majority owner and acting president of Consolidated Electrical Contractors which he purchased in 1995. He is also the Partner of the two locations of Conquest Fitness and the CEO of Greener Energy which offers home energy training, inspections and support to reduce consumption of energy. In addition, David has been a Board Member of the Associated Builders & Contractors since 2008 and a Board Member of ETI, Board Member/Trustee of ABC Workers Comp Fund, Board Member/Trustee of ABC/HBA Health Insurance Fund, and a Board Member of Barrier Free Design Board, elected by Governor Snyder.

With this extensive experience and listening to customers over the last, few decades, he developed Your Home Solution Experts with Bill Driscoll. Now, he hopes to help people of all ages manage their home maintenance responsibilities in a safe, fast and cost-effective way so they can get their free time back and actually enjoy home ownership.

Although business has been a big part of David’s life his biggest success was not the businesses he built, but the luck of marrying the love of his life, Michelle. They meet on a blind date in 1990 and never looked back. They were joined by marriage in September of 1995. David and Michelle have three beautiful girls. The true success for their relations was driven by understanding each of their roles and supporting one another.

When David is not working or spending time with his family you will likely see him working on his golf game.

Bill Driscoll

Bill Driscoll grew up in the construction and electric business in a small Midwest town. He worked with his father on every aspect of the building process… from digging ditches to the foreman of home-building crews. He married his wife and partner in June of 1986, and they started their own fire safety business servicing residential customers. This business, now TruWatch International, is still thriving with over 30 active offices.

As Bill worked on small remodeling jobs until 2013, he was constantly being asked by customers how to save energy, so he became interested in becoming an expert with residential, energy-saving products and services. This led him to become a managing partner of yellowblue LED, a company that does LED lighting conversions with over 30 representatives.

Today, Bill is well known as a passionate leader in the fire protection industry and an expert in residential ventilation and insultation.

He often speaks at National Fire Safety meetings and energy-related functions. In fact, he has conducted over 500 educational seminars on energy savings. And since 1985, he has given presentations about residential fire safety to over 1000 groups, including fire departments, civic groups, churches, schools, and numerous businesses.

Bill has created over 50 training videos and written hundreds of articles and white papers (with many published as feature stories in various, monthly publications). In addition, he is certified as a Safety Educator with the Department of Homeland Security and the Colorado State Fire Science Extension. Bill has been a member of the National Fire Protection Association Education Section since 1986 and is a licensed contractor with a Wisconsin state license and EPA 608 certification.

When not writing articles for quarterly publications and sharing his knowledge about saving energy, you can find him helping various charities as the Chairman of Board of F4 Foundation (501c3), the director of Fore The Kids golf outing (which benefits Children’s Burn Camp) and the coordinator of multiple charity fishing trips for children on Lake Michigan each summer. Bill also likes to spend any free time he has outdoors with his family and friends.

Steven Fitch of Your Home Solution Experts

Steven C. Fitch

Steven was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. After graduating from Lansing Catholic Central High School in 1990, he joined the United States Navy, deferring his college years to a later date. Steven served aboard the USS Constant. This vessel’s soul job was to sweep and deactivate mines, so Steven learned to deal with the stress of an emergency situation quickly.

Living in San Diego while serving in the Navy, he also learned that he had a passion for giving back to his local community. However, with his small salary from the military, Steven understood that giving back would require giving of his time, not money. Whenever in port, you could find him working at a soup kitchen or a USO.

From being a head varsity basketball coach to going through nursing school, and from starting his first business to learning why and how problems exist in a home, Steven is always striving to learn more. And while his passion for learning is always evolving, he also has a great passion for teaching what he knows. From classroom settings to one-on-one, Steven is willing to schedule a time for the growth and learning process of others. Steven’s goal is to help others achive their goals and improve the business, solve customer needs, work well with his team members and leave everyone better than when they first met.

While business, philanthropy and education have been a large part of Steven’s life, his wife Carmen is what he says is his biggest success. Although they knew each other through work for over a year, they did not move their relationship forward until friends surprised them and set them up on a blind date. In May of 1993, Steven and Carmen were married. They now have two smart and athletic sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and a precious granddaughter. Steven and his wife credit the success of their marriage to focusing on understanding each other’s needs and then trying their best to meet them.

When Steven is not working or spending time with his family, you will likely see him working on his golf game or cheering on his MSU Spartans.
